RuPaul’s Drag Race: Meet the season 12 queens

VH1 has ru-vealed the cast for the 12th season of award-winning RuPaul’s Drag Race.

On the heels of its second consecutive Emmy win for Outstanding Competition Program, the fiercest series on primetime returns to the runway on February 28th.

The highly anticipated new season brings together thirteen fabulous queens as they vie for the title of “America’s Next Drag Superstar” and a cash prize of $100,000.

Additionally, the Emmy-nominated after-show RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked will provide viewers with an all-access pass to the backstage drama as the queens anxiously await their fate and who will need to lip-sync for their life to avoid the week’s elimination.

“With each new generation of queens, the RuPaul’s Drag Race revolution continues to drive culture,” said Executive Producer and four-time Emmy Award-winning host RuPaul.

“And as more and more new viewers discover the show, the phenomenon continues to open hearts and minds with love, laughter and a whole lotta sass.”

The newest queens who are ready to pledge their allegiance to the drag and snatch the crown of “America’s Next Drag Superstar” were introduced via a Twitter Live stream.
